Diana L. Collazos, Esq., has built her career around helping clients navigate probate, estate planning, and estate administration. She has guided hundreds of individuals and families through creating wills, establishing living trusts, addressing debts and claims, and incorporating foreign property into estate strategies, always with a focus on protecting legacies and securing futures.
Diana began her academic journey at Florida State University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Double Major in History and International Affairs. She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in Miami. During law school, she volunteered with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, gaining valuable insight into federal processes and client advocacy.
Diana expanded her legal skills by working in first-party insurance defense and employment law matters. She also gained experience handling family law and commercial litigation, later appearing before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in addition to all state courts in Florida. This background equipped her with diverse knowledge that strengthens her probate and estate planning practice.
Diana offers clients solutions in trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and multiple forms of probate, including formal, summary, and ancillary administration. She also assists with specialized areas such as probate for foreign nationals and homestead property.
