Di Li

Di Li is the founder and principal attorney of Di Li Law, P.C. in City of Industry, California. She focuses on trademark and intellectual property matters while also advising clients on business law, immigration, and real estate issues. Her practice serves companies and individuals with trademark registration, brand protection, contracts, corporate planning, visa matters, and landlord-tenant disputes. She provides legal guidance in both English and Mandarin.

Ms. Li earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she also received a Certificate of Dispute Resolution. During law school, she earned a CALI Award in trademark law. She previously graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in economics and international studies. Her education supports a practical approach to intellectual property, negotiation, business planning, and dispute resolution.

Ms. Li has registered more than 1,000 trademarks for individual and corporate clients worldwide. She counsels clients on trademark searches, applications, maintenance, licensing, assignments, litigation, matters involving temporary restraining orders, and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also serves as general counsel to California businesses, drafts commercial agreements, assists with business formation, represents landlords in unlawful detainer cases, and handles family- and employment-based immigration matters.
