Carl S. Levin is a veteran lawsuits and disputes attorney representing individuals and businesses in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Carl earned his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and English from the University of Rhode Island in 1982. He went on to receive his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1985. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Courts for both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Carl began his legal career in Washington, D.C., serving as Staff Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Legislation and National Security. He later spent over a decade as a prosecutor for the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office, where he successfully tried major cases involving murder, arson, narcotics, and white-collar crimes.

Carl’s private practice includes representing clients in construction litigation, employment contract disputes, shareholder derivative actions, commercial evictions, and business torts.
