Ms. Fralick earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University, earned in 1992. Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1999, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court since 2006.
Ms. Fralick’s business law services include formation, contracts, employment agreements, succession planning, and shareholder or buyout agreements.
