Lee A Stivale brings decades of legal experience to clients facing complex legal challenges. Lee built an academic foundation before entering legal practice. He earned a degree in Business Administration from Villanova University in 1983. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law. In 1989, he completed a Master of Laws in Taxation from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University.
Lee has been licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania since 1986. His early career included more than a decade with Nilon Paul Mardinly, Durham James, and Flandreau. He later worked with Jackson Cavanaugh & Stivale and Mancini & Associates, gaining broad experience across litigation, property matters, and transactional work.
Lee regularly assists clients with disputes involving contracts, property rights, and business operations. His work in real estate and landlord/tenant law includes guidance on transactions, leasing issues, and compliance matters. He also advises individuals and businesses on estate planning strategies designed to support orderly management and future planning.
Lee maintains active involvement in professional organizations related to his practice. His memberships include the Justinian Society, Delaware County Apartment Owners Association, Diversified Property Investors, West Chester Apartment Housing Owners Association, and Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association.
