Dennis W. Potts

Dennis W. Potts has over four decades of experience practicing law in both California and Hawai‘i. Since being admitted to the bar in 1971, he has represented clients in state and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. His legal practice is known for thorough and professional service.

Mr. Potts earned a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara in 1967, where he was recognized as an Arts and Sciences Scholar. He then obtained his J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law in 1970. He is also a member of Phi Delta Phi, a legal honor society, highlighting his academic excellence.

With over 40 years of service in Hawai‘i, Mr. Potts has handled a wide range of legal matters. His work has benefited individuals and communities across the islands.
