Dennis G. Whelan is the managing partner of Slowiaczek Albers & Whelan, where he focuses exclusively on family law with an emphasis on complex and high-net worth divorces. Joining the firm in 2017 and becoming a partner in 2019, Dennis assumed the role of managing partner in 2023. His practice includes premarital agreements, divorce litigation, custody disputes, and financial matters involving sophisticated asset portfolios.

Dennis completed his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2009 and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2012.
