Delilah D. Walter

Delilah Walter is a San Antonio attorney and founder of Walter Law, PLLC, where she provides legal services in real estate, estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters. Delilah earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law, building a strong academic foundation that supports her thoughtful and effective legal practice.

Delilah began her career at Dell, Inc., working as a Technical Support Analyst and Data Analyst for 8 years. She later served as a Supervising Attorney, where she improved legal processes, led attorney teams, and handled cases in SSI/Disability and Personal Injury law with strong leadership and focus.

Delilah expanded her work into real estate law by providing legal services to an in-house lender and creating a real estate legal department. She later joined a top law firm, growing her practice to include estate planning, probate, and guardianship, helping clients manage important life decisions with clarity and confidence.

Delilah has been recognized for her work with honors such as Scene In SA Outstanding Women in Law 2024 and Super Lawyer Rising Star 2025. She is a member of the Texas Bar, San Antonio Bar Association, and UT Austin Alumni Association, and serves as a Calvary United Board Member.
