Mr. Fendrick earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University and a J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden. He also holds a B.S. in Accounting, cum laude, from Rider University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His education allows him to address both legal and financial aspects of estate and elder law planning.

Mr. Fendrick has extensive legal experience, having founded the firm in 2001. He focuses on estate and tax planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, and special needs planning. His work brings together different areas of law to provide complete support for clients. As a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), he applies advanced legal knowledge to help clients navigate the legal system while protecting their rights, assets, and long-term interests.
