She later worked as a Relationship Manager for Bank of America’s Private Bank, where she managed the bank’s first donor-advised fund along with private foundation accounts and special needs trusts. She established The Scott Practice in 2000 and has represented clients in estates and trusts matters, fiduciary disputes, probate proceedings, guardianship matters, and charitable planning while developing a parallel nonprofit consulting practice.
Debra Scott brings decades of fiduciary and estate-related experience to clients who need structured planning or help resolving trust and probate issues. Her work reflects a blend of legal analysis, financial understanding, and familiarity with nonprofit and charitable structures.
