Meg Pauken

Meg Pauken is the founder of Pauken Legal Services LLC in Chagrin Falls and an attorney focused on estate planning and elder law. With about 30 years of legal experience, she helps individuals and families plan for asset preservation, long-term care, and the distribution of property. Her work includes trusts, Medicaid planning, special-needs planning, guardianships, conservatorships, and probate. She emphasizes clear explanations so clients can understand complex planning choices and use their legal documents effectively.

Meg earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Law and her B.A. from Miami University. She also completed certification in mediation through the Cleveland Mediation Center.
