Dayna L. Perlut

Dayna L. Perlut has dedicated her legal career to family law since being admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2010. During law school, she gained valuable courtroom insight while serving as a judicial extern in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Domestic Relations Division. This experience provided an early foundation for her work in family law and contributed to her understanding of the court system and family-related legal proceedings.

Dayna maintains active involvement within the legal community through membership in the Illinois State Bar Association. Beyond her legal practice, she is committed to serving the community through volunteer work that supports vulnerable individuals and families. She volunteers with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS), where she serves as a pro bono child representative in divorce and parentage matters. In this role, she advocates for the interests of children involved in legal disputes and helps ensure their voices are represented during court proceedings.

Dayna also volunteers with the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic, assisting petitioners who seek Orders of Protection. Outside the legal field, she continues her community involvement through service on the PAWS Professional Board and volunteer work at the PAWS adoption center.
