Davis Fordham Griffin

Davis Fordham Griffin is the founder of Northstar Litigation, P.C. in Nashville, Tennessee. His practice includes criminal defense, government investigations, personal injury, consumer law, and commercial litigation. He represents individuals and companies as defendants, investigation targets, and plaintiffs in state and federal courts. His work spans white-collar and serious criminal matters, regulatory investigations, injury claims, and business disputes involving government agencies, insurers, healthcare companies, and other organizations.

Davis earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Georgia and later completed a second B.A. in History there. He received his J.D. from Belmont University College of Law. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2015 and later gained admission to federal courts, including the US District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee and the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Davis represents clients in criminal matters involving fraud, kickback violations, money laundering, unlicensed conduct, narcotics trafficking, firearms offenses, assault, robbery, kidnapping, murder, and sexual violence. He also handles administrative and regulatory investigations. His civil practice includes personal injury and commercial disputes, and he serves as outside general counsel for companies in the technology and automotive sectors.
