David Shircliff

David Shircliff is a criminal defense lawyer at Shircliff Law LLC, serving Central Indiana with more than three decades of courtroom experience. Since 1990, he has focused his practice on defending people charged with misdemeanors and felonies. He has represented thousands of clients and served as lead counsel in over 180 jury trials. David earned his B.S. in Political Science from Hanover College in 1987. He then received his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1990, where he participated in Moot Court. He also completed his M.S.W. from the Indiana University School of Social Work in 1992. This combined legal and social work education gives him a strong understanding of both the law and the people affected by it. It guides his defense practice every single day forward.
