David S. Santee

David S. Santee is a highly skilled attorney with over 20 years of experience in immigration and criminal defense law. Based in Media, Pennsylvania, he represents clients in various legal matters. His immigration practice includes family-based and employment-based petitions, naturalization, student and exchange visitor visas, and deportation defense.

In addition, Mr. Santee has extensive experience handling criminal cases, having represented thousands of clients and litigated hundreds of trials before judges and juries. During his tenure, he also taught courses in trial advocacy, evidence, and legal writing, reflecting his deep experience in training and mentoring the next generation of trial lawyers.
