David R. Gleason

David R. Gleason is a partner at Moricoli, Kellogg & Gleason, P.C., in Oklahoma City, where he represents clients in civil litigation and appeals. His work is especially focused on oil and gas disputes. He handles lease cancellation actions, quiet title claims, royalty payment disputes, pollution claims, trespass matters, construction disputes, and investment fraud cases. His practice also includes contract and general business litigation when disagreements require courtroom or appellate advocacy.

David earned a B.A. with distinction from the University of Oklahoma, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He later received his J.D. with Honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During law school, he belonged to the Order of the Coif and Oklahoma Law Review, received five American Jurisprudence Awards, and earned the Comfort Top Ten Scholarship.
