David Pedrazas is a Salt Lake City attorney with over 25 years of experience representing clients in divorce and family law. Since entering practice in 1998, he has handled more than 1,000 cases involving child custody, child support, adoption, parental rights termination, and high-net-worth divorces. He has argued before district courts across Utah, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mr. Pedrazas earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida in 1994. He went on to complete his J.D. at the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law in 1997. He later pursued advanced business training, earning his M.B.A. from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management in 2005. His education in both law and business equips him to handle complex financial matters in divorce cases.
Throughout his career, Mr. Pedrazas has become widely recognized for his work in family law. He has represented clients in contested and uncontested divorce cases, custody disputes, alimony claims, property division, and abuse matters. His MBA training has been especially valuable in resolving divorces involving business assets and financial complexities. He is admitted to the Utah State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
