David P. Azarian

David P. Azarian is an accomplished New Hampshire attorney with over three decades of experience in consumer and business bankruptcy law, creditor-debtor rights, and commercial transactions. Since founding his own firm in 2008, he has helped individuals and businesses navigate financial challenges with confidence and strategic clarity.

David received his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University School of Law in 1985, following a B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire in 1980. David’s education laid a solid foundation for his legal focus on financial restructuring, IRS negotiations, and commercial legal matters.

Before establishing his solo practice, David was a partner at Wensley, Jones, and Azarian. His legal expertise spans reorganization, business start-ups, contract law, and business sales and acquisitions. He is also experienced in out-of-court creditor negotiations and federal tax matters, offering comprehensive legal counsel to both individuals and companies.

David is admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire, the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for New Hampshire, the U.S. Tax Court, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He has represented clients before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and is respected for his courtroom advocacy and practical legal solutions.

David remains active in the legal community through memberships in the New Hampshire and Strafford County Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute. A former president of the Strafford County Bar Association, he also contributes to legal development as a member of the Rules Advisory Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New Hampshire.
