David M. Pietrek is an Associate Attorney at Debt Advisors Law Offices, where he focuses 100% on bankruptcy law. David earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Miami. He later received his J.D. from Marquette University. His education in economics gives him a strong understanding of financial systems and debt structures. Law school at Marquette University provided him with the legal training and courtroom skills needed to represent bankruptcy clients effectively. His academic background supports his ability to analyze complex financial situations and offer strategic advice.

David served as an Associate Attorney at Recka & Joannes, S.C., and Macey & Aleman, P.C. before joining Debt Advisors Law Offices. He also completed a clerkship at the Ozaukee County Courthouse. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Western District of Michigan, and the Western District of Pennsylvania.
