Robert Siegel

Robert A. Siegel is a Maryland attorney with decades of experience representing clients in criminal defense, DUI, traffic matters, family law, and bankruptcy cases. Since 1998, he has practiced in courthouses throughout Maryland, gaining extensive litigation experience. He assists clients with divorce, separation, custody, visitation, child support, and property settlement matters. He is known for his thorough preparation and commitment to achieving strong results.

Robert Siegel earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1998. He also holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland. After passing the CPA exam in 1994, he gained professional experience in the corporate sector before pursuing his goal of becoming a courtroom attorney. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1998 and to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland in 1999.

Throughout his career, Robert has blended his financial background with legal advocacy to provide strategic representation. He handles Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters and has co-authored work on consumer bankruptcy strategies. As a Certified Public Accountant and licensed real estate broker, he brings added insight to cases involving financial complexity and property issues.
