David L. Bearman has dedicated nearly three decades to managing high-value litigation matters with a reputation for strategic problem-solving and effective advocacy. David began his academic journey at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, where he completed a B.A. in 1982. He earned his J.D. in 1996 from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While in law school, he served as Managing Editor of the University of Memphis Law Review from 1995 to 1996, further honing his skills in legal research and writing.
David’s legal practice has covered a wide spectrum of disputes, including property damage, premises liability, personal injury, defamation, trespass, and appellate issues. His record includes representing clients in both state and federal courts, where he has argued complex constitutional and business-related matters.
