David John Marquardt

David John Marquardt is an experienced family law lawyer at DM Family Law, serving clients in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Since 2004, he has focused his practice entirely on family law, handling matters such as divorce, property division, alimony, child custody, child support, and protective orders. He represents individuals during some of the most challenging times in their lives and works to protect their rights and long-term interests. David earned his J.D. from the University of Miami (FL) School of Law in 2004. He also received a B.A. from the University of Richmond in 2001. His legal education provided a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy. After completing his studies, he returned to Maryland to begin practicing law and serving families in his community.

David has handled a wide range of complex family law disputes throughout his career. He assists clients with separation agreements, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, annulments, custody modifications, and support modifications. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, allowing him to guide clients across multiple jurisdictions.
