David J.P. Kaloyanides

David J.P. Kaloyanides is a California criminal defense lawyer and principal of David J.P. Kaloyanides, APLC. His practice focuses on federal and state criminal defense, including white collar crimes, grand jury investigations, drug charges, violent crimes, fraud, and other serious criminal matters. He is certified as a Criminal Law Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization and has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in criminal proceedings.

Mr. Kaloyanides earned a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 1992. He received a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1986. During law school, he served on the Scott Moot Court Honors Board, participated on the Jessup International Moot Court Team, and was a staff member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.

Mr. Kaloyanides has represented clients in federal and state criminal matters involving white collar offenses, bank and wire fraud, criminal tax matters, drug charges, violent crimes, and other complex cases. His experience includes federal grand jury investigations, trial proceedings, appeals, and constitutional issues. He previously served as an extern for the US District Court for the Central District of California.

Kaloyanides is admitted to practice in California, the US District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
