David J. Bischmann

David J. Bischmann is a founding attorney at Lindner Law LLC and a veteran personal injury lawyer with more than 25 years of dedicated legal service. He focuses exclusively on representing individuals harmed by negligent drivers, unsafe conditions, and wrongful insurance denials. Guided by a passion for helping people in crisis, David works tirelessly to secure justice and full compensation for his clients.

David earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1991, where he served as a member and associate managing editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal. He completed his B.A. with distinction at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1988.

Licensed in Wisconsin and admitted to both the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin’s U.S. District Courts, David has successfully handled tens of thousands of cases throughout the Midwest. His notable victories include a $3.2 million settlement for a burn victim, $2.5 million for children who lost their parents in a drunk driving crash, and $2 million for a woman paralyzed in a UTV rollover—each case demonstrating his creativity in developing legal strategies and his relentless client advocacy. David clerked for Justice Ann Walsh Bradley of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Judge Harry S. Snyder of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals earlier in his career.
