David Haynes

David Haynes is the managing partner of The Cochran Firm, D.C. and represents clients in serious personal injury and medical malpractice matters across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. His experience includes commercial vehicle and trucking collisions, gas explosions, carbon monoxide poisoning, drowning, fires, inadequate security, train collisions, product liability, and police misconduct. He handles complex cases involving significant injuries and works to establish liability, damages, and appropriate compensation.

David earned a J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His legal education provided the foundation for a litigation practice centered on serious injury claims and professional negligence.
