Adrian M. Gosch is a partner at Gosch Law who represents clients in Billings and throughout Montana in family law and other contested legal matters. His practice includes divorce and other family disputes, adoption, criminal defense, civil litigation, real estate, business law, and estate planning. Gosch earned an Economics degree from Northern State University in 1997 and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota in 2000. He began his career as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Illinois, where he prosecuted criminal cases. That prosecutorial background introduced him to trial preparation and courtroom procedure before he moved into private practice representing clients in a broader range of legal disputes.
Gosch has practiced law for more than 25 years and has conducted numerous bench and jury trials. His experience covers criminal prosecutions and defense, family law disputes, real estate issues, and business-related matters. He also co-authored a practitioner article on drafting conservation easements and their federal tax implications, bringing attention to the interaction between property rights and tax planning.
