David E. Rosenberg

David E. Rosenberg is a Florida attorney with more than three decades of experience representing people after serious accidents and workplace injuries. Since 1992, he has focused on helping clients through difficult legal problems involving negligence, unsafe conditions, and life-changing losses. David earned a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, in 1989, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He later earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1992, graduating Cum Laude. During law school, he also served as a  Member and Associate Editor, Annual Survey of American Law.

David handles a broad range of cases in personal injury law and workers’ compensation claims.
