David Disiere

David Disiere has over three decades of experience handling complex insurance coverage issues and related litigation. With a deep understanding of insurance law, he works to resolve matters efficiently and favorably for his clients. His work has helped shape Texas insurance jurisprudence in coverage disputes, extra-contractual liability, and bad faith litigation.

David began his academic journey by earning a B.B.A. from the University of Houston in 1986, graduating summa cum laude. He continued at the University of Houston Law Center, receiving his J.D. in 1992. In 2005, he also completed 40 hours of Basic Mediation Training from the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center.

David has built a strong track record across multiple practice areas, including property and casualty insurance, homeowners’ coverage, subrogation recovery, and personal lines coverage. He brings extensive knowledge in coverage analysis and advice, offering clear guidance and legal support tailored to each case.

David started his legal career at State Farm Insurance Companies, progressing through various roles such as Claim Rep Trainee, Division Claim Attorney, and Assistant Counsel. His early years provided hands-on insight into the inner workings of insurance operations, helping him craft effective strategies that benefit policyholders and insurers alike. David is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts. He has also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor of Property and Casualty Insurance Law at the University of Houston Law Center.
