David B. Thomas

David B. Thomas is a Charleston litigation lawyer and founding member of Thomas Combs & Spann PLLC. He has more than 30 years of experience handling complex civil disputes. His practice includes class actions, toxic torts, product liability, drug and medical device cases, professional liability, environmental claims, and consumer matters. David earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
