David B. Snyder

David B. Snyder is a skilled personal injury lawyer with more than fifteen years of litigation experience. He has handled a wide range of legal matters, equipping him to guide clients through complex cases. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Political Science from the University of Arizona and a J.D. from Syracuse University School of Law. During law school, he was active in advocacy programs, serving on the Moot Court Honor Society, the National Trial Team, and the ATLA trial teams. These experiences strengthened his courtroom skills and helped build the foundation for his litigation career.

David has represented clients in many areas throughout his legal career, including common personal injury litigation, insurance litigation, medical malpractice defense, automobile accidents, criminal defense, Workers’ Compensation, and small-business matters. His background on both the plaintiff and defense sides gives him a broad understanding of how cases are built and challenged. This perspective helps him protect the rights of injured people and pursue fair outcomes. He has also shared his knowledge with other legal professionals by lecturing at seminars on topics such as starting a civil action in New York State.
