Alan LeVar

Alan LeVar is a seasoned Arkansas personal injury lawyer at Levar Law Injury & Accident Lawyers with more than 20 years of legal experience. His practice focuses on all aspects of personal injury law. He has served as a former judge, prosecutor, and defense attorney, giving him a broad and practical understanding of the courtroom. Over his career, he has served as lead counsel in more than 50 jury trials and has helped secure more than $59 million in verdicts, settlements, and judgments for injured clients across the state.

Mr. LeVar earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University in Utah. He then received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas. After law school, he worked in the criminal justice system as a deputy prosecuting attorney and later as a public defender. This early experience shaped his trial skills and strengthened his ability to advocate effectively for clients facing serious legal challenges.

Mr. LeVar has focused on personal injury law, especially motor-vehicle and truck-accident cases, for the past decade. He is dedicated to holding negligent drivers accountable and improving road safety in Arkansas. He has taught injury law and motor vehicle collision classes for the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. He is also the author of “There Are No Accidents, Only Collisions,” a guide for those injured in tractor-trailer crashes.
