David Ambler

David Ambler is a partner in the Corporate Department at Paul Hastings LLP and co-chair of the firm’s Palo Alto office. He advises private companies from early financing through pre-IPO fundraising, initial public offerings, and later stages of growth. He also represents public companies on reporting obligations, capital markets matters, and corporate transactions. His work spans technology and life sciences businesses, venture capital funds, and other institutional investors.
