David A. Schulenberg

David A. Schulenberg is a Northern Kentucky attorney and the founder of his own law office in Highland Heights. His practice includes personal injury, workers compensation, estate planning and probate, bankruptcy and debt relief, real estate, and small business matters. He represents clients throughout Kentucky and focuses particularly on serving people in Northern Kentucky who need direct legal help after injuries, financial problems, or other major life events.

Schulenberg earned a J.D. from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2011. He also graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2008 with a B.A. in History, as recorded in published attorney education listings. His education provided the legal foundation for a broad civil practice, while his early work as a defense attorney for insurance companies gave him experience evaluating injury and workers compensation claims from the defense side.

Before opening his own firm, Schulenberg practiced with other Northern Kentucky law firms and litigated personal injury and workers compensation cases throughout Central, Eastern, and Western Kentucky.
