A. Andrew Draut

A. Andrew Draut is Of Counsel with Seiller Waterman LLC in Louisville, Kentucky, and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. He has more than four decades of practice experience in civil litigation. His work includes products liability, premises liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, medical negligence, workers compensation claims, and selected plaintiff-side personal injury matters. His practice draws on long-term experience handling contested claims for both individuals and institutional clients.

Draut earned a J.D. from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1979 and a B.A. from Eastern Kentucky University in 1974. He is admitted in Kentucky, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. His education and decades of litigation experience support work involving complex liability, insurance, injury, and workers compensation issues.

His litigation background covers products liability, premises liability, insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, medical negligence, and workers compensation. Draut also continues to accept a select number of personal injury cases on behalf of plaintiffs.
