About

Brian C. Cichon is an experienced trial lawyer who has practiced law in Will County for more than two decades. He represents individuals across a wide range of legal disputes, from straightforward matters to complex cases. His approach centers on identifying effective solutions that protect client rights while keeping goals realistic and outcomes practical.

Brian completed his legal education with a strong academic foundation that prepared him for courtroom and litigation work. He earned a B.A. from Loras College in 1992. He later obtained his J.D., IIT, Chicago-Kent College of Law, 1995. This educational background supports his analytical and advocacy skills.

Brian focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and general civil litigation, while also handling matters involving real estate, landlord-tenant disputes, and collections. His trial experience allows him to evaluate when negotiation is appropriate and when litigation is necessary to pursue fair results for those he represents.

Brian brings prior public service experience to his private practice through his work as a Will County Assistant State’s Attorney. That role strengthened his understanding of courtroom procedure, case preparation, and advocacy. This experience continues to guide his strategic decision-making in contested and time-sensitive legal matters.

Brian is admitted to practice law in Illinois in 1995 and the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, 1995. He maintains active involvement with professional organizations, including the Illinois State Bar Association, Will County Bar Association, and the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Lawyer’s Association.

Brian approaches every case with an emphasis on efficiency, clarity, and cost awareness. He works closely with clients to explain legal options and likely outcomes. When disputes cannot be resolved outside court, he prepares thoroughly and advocates decisively to protect client interests.

Brian C. Cichon remains committed to providing reliable legal guidance rooted in experience and practical judgment. His long-standing trial background, diverse practice areas, and client-focused mindset allow him to address legal challenges with confidence while striving for balanced, solution-oriented results.
