David A. Brady is a skilled civil litigator with extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of business and real estate matters. David served as Director of Legal Affairs and Counsel for Amerisource Bergen Corporation, a Fortune 35 company, before joining Bewley, Lassleben & Miller, LLP. In this role, he managed all corporate litigation involving private parties and government entities. His responsibilities included handling employment and labor matters, antitrust actions, bankruptcy cases, business torts, regulatory disputes, environmental issues, healthcare matters, and real estate litigation. He also oversaw governmental investigations, managed responses to subpoenas, and ensured the company met legal and regulatory requirements.

David has extended his work beyond litigation. He negotiated and drafted a broad range of corporate agreements, including technology licenses, transportation and delivery contracts, confidentiality agreements, construction and pharmaceutical distribution contracts, consulting agreements, and employment-related documents. He also contributed to preparing SEC quarterly and annual filings, strengthening corporate compliance and reporting processes.
