David A. Berstein

David A. Berstein is the principal attorney at Berstein Law, based in Newport Beach, California, focusing on intellectual property litigation and business disputes. With over two decades of legal experience, Mr. Berstein has successfully represented clients in Superior and Federal District Courts across California and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
