Dave T. Mooring III

Dave T. Mooring III, Esq is the owner and managing attorney of Mooring Law in Vineland, New Jersey. He represents clients in personal injury, criminal defense, municipal court, landlord-tenant, estate planning, family law, and civil litigation matters. His practice includes motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall claims, DUI and DWI defense, expungements, divorce, custody, child support, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, lease disputes, and other legal issues affecting individuals and families.

Mr. Mooring earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2021, where he founded and served as president of the Disability Law Society. He also completed graduate study in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Miami University in 2015 and earned a B.A. with honors from Stockton University in 2013. This background supports his work in client communication, advocacy, and practical legal problem solving.

Mr. Mooring handles matters that require careful preparation, clear advice, and attention to each client’s circumstances. Dave T. Mooring III is also an American Sign Language interpreter, and that experience informs his advocacy for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities.
