Darren Silver is a nationally recognized immigration lawyer with over 25 years of experience serving individuals, families, and businesses across the U.S. and worldwide. Darren leads Darren Silver & Associates, LLP, a full-service immigration firm known for its work in EB-5, working visas, family immigration, and U.S. citizenship.

Darren earned his B.S. in Business Administration from USC in 1992 and received his J.D. from WSU School of Law in 1995. Before founding his firm, he worked for USCIS and the former Immigration and Naturalization Service, where he helped develop policy guidelines and field manuals still used today in agency practice.

Darren has filed over 10,000 immigration applications throughout his career. His firm’s work spans non-immigrant visas, investment visas, naturalization, family-based petitions, and entertainment-based immigration. Darren is known for bringing efficient, client-focused strategies to even the most complex immigration matters.

Darren is especially respected for his contribution to the EB-5 investor community.
