David N. Arnold

David N. Arnold, Esq. is the founder and lead attorney of The Arnold Law Firm, proudly serving individuals and businesses across Memphis and all of Tennessee. With extensive experience in consumer and business bankruptcy, debt relief, probate, and personal injury law, Mr. Arnold has built a reputation for delivering practical solutions and compassionate guidance to clients facing financial and legal challenges. He understands how stressful debt, foreclosure, and creditor harassment can be, and he works tirelessly to help his clients find relief and confidently move forward.

Mr. Arnold earned his B.A. in Religious Studies from Middlebury College in 2001, graduating cum laude and with honors. He earned his J.D. from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis in 2005, where he was awarded the Herbert Presidential Law Scholarship for his academic excellence.

Before founding The Arnold Law Firm in 2009, Mr. Arnold practiced at a general practice firm with a focus on personal injury cases. Over the years, he has successfully handled a wide range of legal matters including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, wage garnishment defense, vehicle repossession, foreclosure defense, and debt settlement. He also helps clients with probate administration, Social Security Disability claims, and business formation and litigation. His broad legal background allows him to craft creative strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

David N. Arnold is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. He is an active member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Association of Justice, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives.
