Daniel earned his J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he was on the Honor Roll and Dean’s List and served as Lead Articles Editor for the Natural Resources Journal. He completed his B.A. in English with a concentration in pre-law and a minor in earth and planetary sciences at the University of New Mexico, earning membership in the Sigma Tau Delta and Golden Key international honor societies.
