Daniel Nedset

Daniel Nedset is an attorney whose practice focuses on criminal defense, OWI, traffic offenses, civil litigation, estate planning, real estate law, contracts, guardianships, and landlord-tenant matters. With more than 15 years of legal experience, He represents individuals and businesses throughout Wisconsin and parts of Illinois, providing practical legal guidance in both criminal and civil matters. He currently practices at Konstantakis Law Office, where he leads the firm’s criminal defense practice while also handling a broad range of civil legal matters.

Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from Marquette University before receiving his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. He is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, the State of Illinois, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. His education and multi-jurisdiction admissions support a practice that spans both state and federal courts.

Daniel began his legal career at a small law firm in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, where he practiced criminal and family law before expanding his work to include consumer bankruptcy, real estate, and landlord-tenant matters. In 2016, he shifted his focus to creditor and landlord rights, representing clients throughout Wisconsin as well as northern and central Illinois. In 2020, he joined one of Wisconsin’s largest criminal defense firms, where he successfully defended clients facing a wide range of criminal charges across the state. He joined Konstantakis Law Office in 2024, where he expanded his practice to include civil litigation, estate planning, commercial and residential leasing, contract drafting and enforcement, and guardianships.
