About
Marc Kamin is a personal injury Attorney focused on auto accidents, birth injury, bike accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, dog bites, slip and fall matters, and other injury claims. As a Partner at Goldberg & Osborne, he represents injured people with attentive communication, practical guidance, consistent support, and dedicated advocacy.
Marc’s academic background includes undergraduate studies at Montana State University, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts degree earned in 1992. He attended Gonzaga University School of Law, where he developed legal skills through formal study, internship work with the City of Spokane, and practical exposure to effective legal advocacy. Before joining Goldberg & Osborne in 1998, he practiced criminal law for three years, gaining valuable courtroom, litigation, and trial experience. That early foundation strengthened his ability to evaluate evidence, prepare cases, question opposing positions, and represent clients whose legal matters required careful strategy and confident, persuasive courtroom presentation.
After joining Goldberg & Osborne, Marc began in the Litigation Department and later became Managing Attorney of the Metro Center office in 2002. He also managed the Glendale office after it opened in 2008, expanding his leadership role while continuing to support clients through demanding injury claims across Arizona. In 2014, his responsibilities grew to include management of the firm’s Northern Arizona offices in Prescott and Flagstaff. He became a Partner in 2021, reflecting years of service, leadership, and commitment to representing clients seeking accountability after serious accidents, negligence, or preventable physical harm.
Clients value Marc Kamin’s responsive approach and the care his team shows throughout the claims process. He understands that injury victims often face pain, uncertainty, medical bills, and disruption, so he emphasizes regular updates, clear explanations, and compassionate guidance while pursuing fair results through complex negotiations, litigation, and related injury claims. His career reflects a long-standing commitment to helping injured individuals move forward after traumatic events. Through preparation, trial experience, office leadership, and focused personal injury advocacy, he works to protect clients’ interests, address losses caused by negligence, and help people pursue compensation with confidence, dignity, and a stronger sense of direction.
