Daniel Moskowitz

Daniel Moskowitz is an of-counsel attorney with more than 40 years of legal experience representing parents, children, spouses, and youth in crisis. His practice focuses on divorce and family law, juvenile law, domestic abuse, and litigation. He has represented clients in New York Family Courts, State Supreme Court, and the Appellate Courts, including matters involving child custody, child support, orders of protection, and defense against child protective services proceedings.

Moskowitz earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1975 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Lehman College, CUNY, in 1972.
