Daniel E. Rosner

Daniel E. Rosner is the founder and senior partner of Rosner Law Offices, P.C. in Vineland, New Jersey, where he represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters. His practice focuses on accident and injury claims involving motor vehicle crashes, slip and fall injuries, catastrophic harm, wrongful death, and negligence. Rosner helps injured clients understand their rights, evaluate insurance coverage, and pursue compensation through settlement negotiations and, when needed, trial.

Rosner earned his J.D. from Temple School of Law in 1983 and his B.B.A. from Temple University Fox School of Business in 1980. He is admitted in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the US District Courts for New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the US Supreme Court. His education and admissions support a trial practice that requires careful preparation and practical judgment.
