Daniel C. Bruton

Daniel C. Bruton is a Winston-Salem bankruptcy and creditors’ rights lawyer who represents clients in bankruptcy, collections, commercial litigation, banking and financial services, and general litigation. Bruton works with both creditors and debtors in matters involving workouts, reorganizations, liquidations, and collection disputes. Bruton earned a B.A. from Davidson College in 1991 and a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1995. While in law school, he served on the Wake Forest Law Review from 1993 to 1995.
