Dania L. Sancho

Dania L. Sancho, Esq., is a Florida real estate attorney and the founder of The Sancho Law Firm, P.A., where she focuses on real estate transactions, structured finance, and estate planning. With more than nine years of experience in the real estate sector, Dania is recognized for her detailed approach and commitment to delivering smooth, compliant, and efficient closings. Her extensive background in banking and transactional law allows her to provide clients with informed guidance through every step of their real estate matters.

Dania earned her B.A. in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University and obtained her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law. During law school, she excelled academically and actively participated in leadership and advocacy organizations. She served as Senior Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review, was a member of the Moot Court team, the Peter T. Fay American Inns of Court, and the Cuban American Bar Association, where she served as Treasurer.

Before becoming an attorney, Dania gained hands-on experience in the real estate industry as a paralegal and in residential lending at a private bank. This early exposure gave her a strong understanding of federal lending regulations and the intricacies of real estate closings. She applies that expertise to guide buyers, sellers, and lenders through residential and commercial transactions with confidence and precision.

Dania L. Sancho is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a member of its Young Lawyers Division.
