Dana E. Stutzman

Dana E. Stutzman is a shareholder at Hall Render in Indianapolis who advises employers and health care clients on labor and employment law, health care regulatory matters, and issues affecting the behavioral health industry. His practice includes employment litigation, human resources consulting, hospital and health system counsel, and regulatory guidance. Dana works with management on matters involving employee discipline and discharge, privacy, professional staff concerns, and physician contracting.

Dana earned a B.A. from Indiana University in 1999 and received his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2002. He was admitted to the Indiana Bar that same year and is also admitted in Ohio, Illinois, and Missouri, along with several federal district courts and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. His legal training and broad admissions support a practice involving complex workplace disputes, regulatory issues, and litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
