Dan Linebaugh

Dan Linebaugh is a respected trial lawyer known for his work in truck accidents, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. He is board-certified in Civil Trial Law, Truck Accident Law, and Personal Injury Trial Law, recognizing his great skill in complex, high-stakes cases.

Mr. Linebaugh earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was honored for excellence in scholarship and stood out in mock trial and moot court competitions. He also completed advanced trial advocacy training through the National College of Advocacy at Harvard Law School. Before law school, he earned his B.A. from Youngstown State University in Speech Communication. These academic experiences strengthened his courtroom presence and advocacy skills.

Mr. Linebaugh has helped people across Texas and the United States by standing up for those harmed by negligence throughout his career. Dan Linebaugh is admitted to practice before all Texas courts, multiple federal district courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer every year since 2003 and is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. His leadership roles include serving as president of the East Harris County Bar Association and as a member of the State Bar of Texas Pattern Jury Charge Committee.
