Dallin Richardson is a Maryland attorney whose background reflects military service, public policy involvement, and focused legal training. Born in Provo, Utah, and raised throughout the United States, he brings a disciplined, adaptable approach to legal practice, shaped by years of service and academic achievement.
Dallin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis Carey School of Law in 2024. During law school, he completed a specialized academic track and graduated with a JD Certificate in Cybersecurity and Crisis Management Law.
Dallin began his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in 2011 and paused his education to serve a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in northern Italy. Upon returning, Dallin enlisted in the Utah Air National Guard in 2015 and began long-term military service.
While serving in the United States Air Force, Dallin completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian from Brigham Young University in 2020. He also earned an Associate of Arts degree in Syrian-Levantine Arabic from the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California, demonstrating advanced language and analytical skills.
As a legal researcher for Maryland State Senator Katie Hester, Dallin contributed to drafting legislation during the Maryland Assembly’s 2024 session, including the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act. His work supported policy development in cybersecurity and data privacy law.
Prior to bar admission, Dallin Richardson clerked at Heyman Law Firm, gaining experience in business litigation and real estate transactional law. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland, is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, and is commissioned as a Public Notary.
